There are many possible deformities that can be called a "Pointed Ear." One possible one is the

Constricted Ear where part of the ear is folded over creating a point. Another is the Stahl Deformity or a Spock Ear. Options depend on the deformity and many other factors best explored during a consultation. Cost of Otoplasty will depend on what needs to be done.

This is surgery that you need to see what a surgeon's results are like. Not all surgeon have the same skills.
